Cancellation of Treasury Shares

London Security plc (AIM: LSC) announces that on 16 April 2026, it cancelled 900 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") previously held in Treasury. The Ordinary Shares cancelled represented 0.007% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Following the above cancellation, as at the date of this announcement the Company's issue share capital is 12,258,977 and no shares are held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 12,258,977 shares, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
