HISCOX LTD ("Hiscox" or the "Company") announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme (the "Buyback Programme") announced on 25 February 2026, the Company has purchased the following number of Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each (the "Ordinary Shares") through Peel Hunt LLP ("Peel Hunt") during the period 13 April to 17 April 2026.
