Operational Update

Kropz Plc (AIM: KRPZ), an emerging African phosphate producer and developer, announces a trading update for the period to 31 March 2026.

Elandsfontein

The quarter and financial period closed with a record production month at Elandsfontein in March 2026, during which 40,792 tonnes of phosphate concentrate were produced. As previously announced on 24 November 2025, September 2025 marked a production record of 34,070 tonnes. Since that announcement, four additional production records have been achieved during the final six months of the financial period ended 31 March 2026.

Elandsfontein produced 115,686 tonnes of phosphate concentrate in Q4 of the financial period ended 31 March 2026, representing a 11% increase compared to the previous quarter. Sales for the period totalled 104,900 tonnes.

The mine remains in its trial production phase.

Hinda Project

The Hinda Project has performed a review and assessment of alternative production scenarios, which involved comprehensive stress testing and other additional studies. As a result, the complexities associated with both surface and underground water have been significantly reduced and effectively mitigates the risk associated through optimisation initiative. Therefore, management no longer considers water-related challenges to pose a material risk, contributing to improved overall project profitability. This is a major milestone and repositions the entire feasibility of the project.
