In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's ('FCA') Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that it has today purchased 50,000 of its own ordinary A non-voting shares of 1p each at a price of 274.00p. These shares will be cancelled. |

Following this transaction, the Company's share capital comprises: |

Ordinary Shares remaining (with voting rights): 67,353,610 |
|
|
|
|
|
Ordinary 'A' Shares remaining (no voting rights): 129,973,920 |
