Beazley plc - 2026 Annual General Meeting Results

Beazley plc held its annual general meeting for shareholders at 3.30pm on 22 April 2026 and announces that all the resolutions were duly passed.

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.3, full details of the resolutions passed as special business will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection.

For information, the results of the AGM are set out below. The total number of votes received for each resolution is set out below. The number of 5p ordinary shares in issue and the number of voting rights on 17 April 2026 was 601,457,897.

Noting the result of the Court and General meeting also held on 22 April, the Company will continue to consult with shareholders and other stakeholders on the views expressed on those resolutions which received less than 80% of votes "For" at the Annual General Meeting.
