Shawbrook Group plc (the "Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Thursday, 21 May 2026 at Floor 10, 40 Leadenhall Street, London, EC3A 2BJ.

Shareholders are encouraged to submit proxy votes in advance. Proxy appointments must be received by 10.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 19 May 2026.
