Notice of the Annual General Meeting of 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of 2025 of Ming Yang Smart Energy Group Limited will be held in the conference room on the 5th floor of Ming Yang Smart Energy Group Limited (the "Company"), Ming Yang Industrial Park, No. 22, Torch Avenue, Zhongshan Torch High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Zhongshan City, Guangdong, People's Republic of China, on Wednesday, 20 May 2026, at 15:00 (Beijing Time). The meeting is convened for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, passing the following resolution:

Ordinary Resolutions

1. To consider and approve the 2025 Annual Work Report of the Board of Directors

2. To consider and approve the 2025 Profit Distribution Plan

3. To consider and approve the 2025 Remuneration Confirmation and the 2026 Remuneration Plan for Non-independent Directors

5. To consider and approve the Proposal on the Estimated Amount of Daily Related Party Transactions for 2026
