Notice of Redemption and Cancellation of Listing
EnQuest PLC ("EnQuest" or the "Issuer")
The Issuer has today given notice to the holders of the GBP 133,300,000 9.00 per cent. Guaranteed Notes, due 27 October 2027 (ISIN: XS2461853793; Common Code: 246185379) (the "Notes") issued under its Exchange Offer Memorandum and Prospectus dated 29 March 2022 (the "Prospectus") that in accordance with Condition 6(c) of the Terms and Conditions of the Notes set out in the Prospectus and the trust deed dated 27 April 2022 it will redeem all of the outstanding Notes on 29 May 2026 (the "Redemption Date").
The Notes will be redeemed at the Optional Redemption Price of 100 per cent. of their principal amount (the Redemption Date being a date falling on or after 27 April 2026), together with accrued and unpaid interest from and including 27 April 2026 to but excluding the Redemption Date.
EnQuest will request the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") to cancel the listing of the Notes on the Official List of the FCA and the London Stock Exchange (the "Exchange") to cancel the admission to trading on the regulated market of the Exchange as soon as practicable after the Redemption Date.
