Purchase of shares by subsidiary undertaking
The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. (the "Corporation") has been advised that on 29 April 2026, The Law Debenture Trust Corporation (Channel Islands) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Corporation (the "Trustee"), purchased a total of 5,946 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Corporation (the "Shares"). The Shares were purchased at a price of £11.59 per share.
Under the terms of a Trust Deed dated 23 April 2002, the Trustee was appointed trustee of the Corporation's Employee Share Ownership Trust (the "Trust").
The Shares were purchased as a reinvestment of dividends received from shares held in the Trust, the latter of which were granted to senior staff under employee share schemes previously approved by the Corporation's shareholders.
