ANNOUNCEMENT

CESSATION OF OFFICE OF SENIOR MANAGEMENT

The board (the "Board") of directors ("Director(s)") of Air China Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that Mr. Sun Yuquan ("Mr. Sun") ceased to serve as the Chief Accountant due to work adjustment, with effect from 29 April 2026.

As at the date of this announcement, Mr. Sun has completed the handover procedures in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Company, and there are no commitments which should have been fulfilled but remain outstanding. His departure will not have any adverse impact on the Company's daily operations. The Company will complete the appointment of the Chief Accountant as soon as possible in accordance with the relevant procedures.

The Board would like to express its gratitude to Mr. Sun for his contributions to the Company during his tenure of office.
