As at 30 April 2026, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 1,579,776,553 Ordinary Shares of 0.002 pence with voting rights. Harbour does not hold any shares in Treasury.

 

The figure of 1,579,776,553 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they may determine whether or not they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

 

During the period 1 April 2026 to 30 April 2026, the Company issued 5,203 shares to satisfy option exercises under its Save As You Earn scheme. The shares were issued under an existing block listing admitted to the London Stock Exchange on 13 September 2024.
