Maven Income and Growth VCT PLC - Share Buy-back and Total Voting Rights

 

On 1 May 2026, Maven Income and Growth VCT PLC (the Company) purchased 111,760 of its own Ordinary Shares, for cancellation, at 34.3p per share.

 

As a result, and in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that its issued share capital as at close of business on 1 May 2026 comprises 207,237,616 Ordinary Shares of 10p each, with each share carrying one voting right.

The above figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company.
