Vietnam Holding Limited announces that on 1 May 2026, it purchased 44,246 Ordinary Shares of par value US$1 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 363 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, VNH has 18,854,889 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue, and 686,477
Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
In total, since its last Annual General Meeting, the Company has repurchased 408,891 Ordinary Shares.
