In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.9(2), Antofagasta plc (the "Company") announces that Ignacio Bustamante, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a director of Pan American Silver Corp., a publicly quoted company, with effect from 30 April 2026.
