REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

JPMorgan UK Small Cap Growth & Income plc (the "Company") has today repurchased 70,000 Ordinary shares into Treasury at 328.9571 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction, the Company holds 15,029,991 Ordinary shares in Treasury. The remaining Ordinary shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 124,111,286.                 

 

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
