Please be advised that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, all resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 8 April 2026 were duly passed.

A copy of the non-routine resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom via the National Storage Mechanism, and will shortly be available for inspection on its website at
