Appointment of Chair

 

Dublin, London, Johannesburg | 7 May 2026: Greencoat Renewables PLC ("Greencoat Renewables" or the "Company") today announces following the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting Bernard Byrne has been formally appointed as Chair of the Company.

 

Bernard has served as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Management Engagement Committee of the Company since May 2025. In accordance with the Company's governance policies, Bernard will not be a member of the Audit Committee but will attend meetings of the Audit Committee as an observer.

 

The Company confirms that there is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
