RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

 

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 7 May 2026, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed on a poll with the required majorities. The full text of each resolution is contained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting. Resolutions 1 to 16 were passed as ordinary resolutions. Resolutions 17 to 19 were passed as special resolutions.

 

All valid proxy votes (whether submitted electronically or in hard copy form) were included in the poll taken at the meeting. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held in treasury) at the close of business on 6 May 2026 was 540,015,975.
