Application for Admission of Further Securities to Trading

Further to the Company's announcement on 30 April 2026 of its final results for the year ended 31 December 2025 and the refinancing of its key debt facilities, the Company has allotted and issued 430,008 new ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company (representing approximately 0.26% of the Company's enlarged share capital following such issuance) (the "New Ordinary Shares") to certain of the Group's lenders in satisfaction of certain of the fees payable to them in connection with the refinancing.

An application has been made to London Stock Exchange plc ("LSE") for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the LSE's main market for listed securities ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on or before 8.00 a.m. on 8 May 2026.
