Directorate Change

 

AIQ (LSE: AIQ) announces that in the interest of reducing costs while the Company's revenue generation remains constrained, Charles Yong Kai Yee and Dwight Mighty, Directors of the Company, have resigned with immediate effect.

 

The Board, comprising Harry Chathli as Independent Chairman and Li Chun Chung as Executive Director, does not currently intend to appoint new Directors but will keep this under review.

 

Harry Chathli, Chairman of AIQ, said: "I would like to thank Charles and Dwight for their contribution to AIQ and to the Board during their tenure as Directors. We wish them every success with their future endeavours."
