Final Dividend - Pence Sterling Amount Payable

 

Man Group plc (the "Company") announced a final dividend for the year ending 31 December 2025 of 11.5 cents per ordinary share on 26 February 2026 and communicated that the corresponding amount in pence sterling per ordinary share would be announced on 8 May 2026. The pence sterling amount payable in respect of the final dividend has been determined with reference to the average of the market exchange rates on the three working days commencing 5 May 2026, resulting in an applicable exchange rate of £1:US$1.3599. Accordingly, the pence sterling amount payable to shareholders in relation to the final dividend will be 8.46 pence sterling per ordinary share.

 

The final dividend will be paid on 20 May 2026 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 10 April 2026.
