Grant of SAYE Options
Brooks Macdonald announces that as part of its approved Save As You Earn ("SAYE") Scheme the following options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company were granted on 7 May 2025.
A total of 111 employees have applied to participate in the Company's 2026 SAYE Scheme ("2026 SAYE"), resulting in the grant of options to subscribe for an aggregate of 65,804 Ordinary Shares ("2026 SAYE Options").
The 2026 SAYE Options each have an exercise price of £11.42, calculated in accordance with the rules of the 2026 SAYE. This represents a discount of 20% to the average mid-market closing price for the three days up to and including 15 April 2026, being the last practicable day prior to the invitation being made to all eligible employees to participate in the 2026 SAYE. Subject to the rules of the 2026 SAYE, participants will be able to exercise their 2026 SAYE Options within 6 months commencing from 1 June 2029.
