Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM
Following release on 21 April 2026 of the preliminary results for the period to 5 February 2026, the Company announces that the 2026 Annual Report and Accounts are now available on its website at https://www.suplc.co.uk/investor.html#company-reports.
The notice of Annual General Meeting to be held at 12.00 noon on 24 June 2026 and an explanatory AGM letter from the Chairman are also now available on the Company's website. The letter also includes guidance on AGM attendance and how shareholders can submit their proxy votes in advance of the meeting.
The Annual report and AGM documents are being mailed to those shareholders who still elect to receive documents in hard copy form. Copies will also be uploaded to the national storage mechanism viewing facility and will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
