Annual Report and Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that the 2025/26 Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

These documents can also be downloaded from the Company's website at www.whitbread.co.uk.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at Whitbread Court, Houghton Hall Business Park, Porz Avenue, Dunstable, LU5 5XE on Thursday 18 June 2026 at 2.30 pm. Full details of how to attend and vote at the meeting is contained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting and on the Company's website.
