Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

JD Sports Fashion plc (the "Company" or the "JD Group") announces the publication of the following documents, now available to view on the Company's website at www.jdplc.com: 

·      Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2026 (the "Annual Report")

·      Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "AGM Notice")

·      Form of Proxy

Copies of the documents have today been posted, or otherwise made available, to all shareholders and have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism in accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R and will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
