Exercise of Share Options and Total Voting Rights
Skillcast Group plc (AIM: SKL), the provider of SaaS compliance software and off-the-shelf e-learning, announces that it has issued and allotted a total of 122,500 new ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options by employees of the Company.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 122,500 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective, and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 29 May 2026.
Total Voting Rights
After Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 89,721,960 and the total number of voting rights will therefore be 89,721,960. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
