Publication of 2026 Annual Report & Notice of AGM

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2026, and the notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 20 July 2026, have been sent to shareholders.  The 2026 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of the Annual General Meeting are available on the Big Yellow Group PLC website at https://corporate.bigyellow.co.uk/investors/annual-report-2026 and https://corporate.bigyellow.co.uk/investors/shareholder-centre respectively.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The Company previously announced its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2026 via RNS on 18 May 2026.
