Confirmation of Chief Executive Officer Start Date

Following its announcement on 4 March 2026 that Dean Banks would succeed David Thomas as Group Chief Executive, Barratt Redrow plc ("Barratt Redrow" or the "Group") is pleased to confirm that Dean will join as Group Chief Executive and Executive Director with effect from 21 September 2026.

As previously announced, David Thomas is retiring after 11 years as Group Chief Executive and 17 years with the Group. He will step down from the Board on Dean's appointment but will remain with the Group until March 2027, to ensure a smooth and orderly transition.

There are no further disclosures required pursuant to UK Listing Rule 6.4.8R in respect of Dean Banks.
