London and Lagos, 14 July 2026: Airtel Africa announces that in the period 06 July 2026 to 10 July 2026 it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of USD 0.50 each from Barclays Capital Securities Limited ("Barclays") pursuant to the authority granted by its shareholders as part of its share buyback programme, details of which were announced on 22 May 2026.

Since the commencement of the buyback programme with Barclays Capital Securities Limited announced on 22 May 2026, the Company has purchased   12,864,569 ordinary shares in aggregate, at a volume weighted average price of 339.40 GBp per ordinary share.
