Following the purchase of these shares, the company holds 3,228,684 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 81,239,048 Ordinary shares in issue. The figure of 78,010,364 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculating whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
