CVS, the UK's listed veterinary group and a leading provider of veterinary services, announces that it was notified on 5 August 2026 that David Wilton, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased a total of 1,500 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 4 August 2026.

As a result, David Wilton's total interest in the Company, including all persons closely associated, is now at 14,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02% per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
