DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Following the announcement made on 2 June 2026 that Sarah Ellard, Group Legal Director & Company Secretary, had informed the Board of her intention to retire, Chemring confirms that Ms Ellard will step down from the Board on 31 December 2026, and will leave the Company at the end of February 2027.
