Harbour announces that Simon Henry has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director with effect from 1 September 2026.

 

Simon previously served as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director of Harbour from April 2021 until July 2025.

 

The appointment follows a recommendation from the Nomination Committee and approval by the Board.

 

Simon will stand for election by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting.
