In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9(2), JD Sports Fashion plc (the 'Company') announces that Darren Shapland, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as an independent Non-Executive Chair of AG Barr plc, effective 1 September 2026.
Darren's role at JD will remain unchanged, and he will continue to serve on the Board of JD Sports Fashion plc.
