DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of Directors of Living REIT plc (ticker: LIVE) has declared an interim dividend in respect of the period from 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 of 1.4475 pence per Ordinary Share, payable on or around 9 October 2026 to holders of Ordinary Shares on the register on 25 September 2026. The ex-dividend date will be 24 September 2026.

The dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution.

The Company is targeting an aggregate dividend of 5.79 pence per Ordinary Share for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.¹
