Notice of AGM, Annual Report and Accounts 2026 and Sustainability Report 2026
Dunelm Group plc (the “Company”) announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 27 June 2026 and Notice of Annual General Meeting. The Company is also pleased to announce the publication today of its Sustainability Report 2026. Copies of the documents are available on the Company's website: https://corporate.dunelm.com.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:30am on Tuesday 10 November 2026 at Watermead Business Park, Syston, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE7 1AD.
Copies of the following documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism:
