Buccaneer Energy Plc (AIM: BUCE) has today been informed by Elie Basil Victor Dangoor that his shareholding in the Company remains unchanged at 513,043,478 ordinary shares. However, as a result of share issuance, most recently following the fundraising completed on 18 August 2026, his shareholding now represents 2.21 percent. of the Company's issued share capital, compared with the previously notified holding of 7.38 percent., and has therefore fallen below the 3 percent. notification threshold.
