Admission and Total Voting Rights
Informa (LSE: INF.L) the leading international B2B Live Events Group today confirms the admission of new shares and provides an update on the Company’s Total Voting Rights.
Admission
Further to the Company's "Results of Equity Issue" announcement on 6 October 2026, 109,302,326 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company (ISIN: GB00BMJ6DW54) were admitted to trading on the Main Market on 8 October 2026 ("Admission").
Total Voting Rights
Following Admission, and as at 31 October 2026, the total issued share capital of the Company and its total voting rights consisted of 1,366,314,017 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (“DTR”).
This disclosure is given in accordance with DTR 5.6.1.
